This really depends on you and what you want to accomplish. Typical engagements run from a few weeks to those clients who have decided on an ongoing engagement to help them work through what is blocking them. The initial engagement is typically a number of weeks.

For your best outcomes, you will need to do the work involved. This means setting aside time during the week to work through any assignments from the coaching. You are in full control of your outcomes based on the work you do to accomplish change.
